Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience managing technology projects
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with managing implementations and engagements for IWMS (e.g. Tririga, Manhattan, Archibus, etc.) or Construction Project Management applications (e.g. Kahua, Procore, eBuilder)
Experience working with a team of business analysts on requirements development, communication plans, business transformation, goals definition, testing, and user acceptance
Experience in technology strategy development and execution, working with global, in-house and third-party development teams and customers
Program management skills; ablity to advance projects with vague/undefined scopes, and align multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and resource constraints

Core Real Estate Systems (CRES) team’s mission is to help shape Alphabet’s Real Estate strategy by delivering an enterprise-level, scalable, extensible technology platform.
We provide the technology supporting the Corporate Real Estate Lifecycle for the broader Real Estates and Workplace Services (REWS) team’s portfolio including planning, transaction management, lease management, accounting, capital project and space management, occupancy planning, maintenance, and asset management.

Responsibilities
Work with internal clients and cross-functional partners to align on a global strategy and technology roadmap for Capital Project Systems, with a focus on scalable growth, automation, and business impact.
Research, develop, and deliver technology solutions as part of a broader roadmap, and bring them to fruition via partnerships with third-party technology providers and/or internal engineering groups.
Own the product lifecycle: planning product roadmap, gathering requirements, developing user stories, feature prioritization, project management, testing, delivery, deployment, communication, and transition to maintenance mode.
Manage complex distributed developer teams consisting of onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources including contracting, and ongoing vendor management.
Establish strong cross-functional relationships with customer groups, teams, and executives to build both team effectiveness and long-term product usefulness.
