Experience with development of secure digital and mixed signal test, automation methodologies, and support internal tools for ATE test program generation, test vector tracking, and test program release.
Experience developing multisite libraries to implement ATE one-time password (OTP) programming, memory repair, and validation methodologies and processes.
Experience with SoC security cores for secure touch manufacturing.
Experience with OTP programming, incorporating fuse redundancy, and characterization and Failure Analysis techniques.
Knowledge of various ATE test platforms and measurement equipment (e.g., Advantest 93k).
Familiarity with Wafer fabrication/OSAT vendors and their test and manufacturing processes.

In this role you will help develop and deploy Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Testing (SLT) test infrastructure for security key provisioning, lifecycle management at foundry, and Outsource Supply Assembly and Tests (OSATs).
You’ll help integrate SoC technologies into devices. You’ll facilitate secured ATE and system-level manufacturing testing of SoC to validate performance and screen out devices. You will own all aspects of security with respect to Test and Product Engineering activities to implement secure end-to-end manufacturing solutions including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SoC security. You will partner with IT to provide specifications and deploy secure infrastructure for secure manufacturing touch points.
