5 years of experience leading multiple projects and/or processes.
5 years of experience working with enterprise applications evaluation and procurement, including social support tools (e.g. Sprinklr), content management systems (CMS), and analytics tooling.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise applications and tools including business discussions, such as software/SaaS licensing agreements, software support SLAs, etc.
Experience in change management, ensuring adoption and measurement of post-release impact.
Experience using and interpreting data to drive decisions.
Experience in customer support operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the holistic and strategic evaluation of buy vs. build, and buy/build at what level (e.g., PaaS vs. SaaS, Cloud vs. On-Premise).
Facilitate and coordinate on third-party platform and application provider sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
Collaborate with teams for timely Vendor Security Assessments (e.g. security and privacy review and approval) for newly selected third-party providers.
Collaborate with internal procurement, contracting, and legal partner teams for signing, amending, and terminating business agreements with providers, and build relationships with key cross-functional teams. Nurture a respectful and candid relationship with solution providers.
Support the solution clients to select, negotiate, and update the SLA for ongoing support by the third-party provider.
