Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience developing strategy, planning, leading, and implementing global projects.
Experience analyzing and interpreting data sets to formulate insights, create reports, and present for executive review.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of Program Management experience.
Experience in identifying and implementing solutions to scale support operations, including help center flow, in-product tools, troubleshooters, etc.
Experience in technical/product industry, working with engineers and cross-functional technical teams.
Experience driving change and innovation to process and people on a global scale, around complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge of Google Ads’ products, processes, and tools (i.e., how the needs and processes change as you promote/support large or small advertisers in a global, multi-location, multi-language, and multi-product environment).

Responsibilities
Own program management of priority gTech Professional Services level projects from the idealization stage all the way to implementation.
Partner closely with gTech Professional Services leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Design and implement solutions to scale support via tools and infrastructure.
Deliver against the goal of improving the lives of customers, partners, or gTech and make an impact on our business and teams.
Create high quality business requirement documents, partner with Product and Tools teams on feature roadmaps, align and share milestones with cross-functional stakeholders, and land and iterate new launches.
