Experience in technical product sales and support
Experience with utility provider
Experience with e-learning technology
Excellent communications skills, with a passion for development of people and the business
Ability to travel, as needed
About the job
As Training Project Manager, you will build large scale learning programs for Devices and Services support teams and customers. You will analyze business needs, manage stakeholders, design training curriculum, and launch it through various delivery methods. You will also direct agencies who will develop training content and will be involved in content creation itself when needed. You will work with other cross-functional units to provide accurate and up-to-date agent training content that will drive higher customer satisfaction and reduce support costs.

Responsibilities
Develop programs that will scale learning to Devices and Services, Customer Care support teams, and customers through live training and online learning modules
Manage the design, development, and evaluation of all learning solutions
Manage activities of training content developers and trainers, and communicate updates and program information on a regular basis
Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies for training content
Collaborate with subject matter experts (Product Specialists, Product Managers, Legal, Public Relations, etc.) to ensure content accuracy and get required approvals
