Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

4 years of experience in business development, relationship and account management, and/or consultative selling

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in ad technology working with content owners and publishers to support their business generation needs

Experience with Connected TV ecosystem and business models (e.g. ads based business generation)

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across different functions and locations

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, and work independently to drive projects to completion with attention to detail and minimal guidance

Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery across a wide range of audiences

As a TV Platform Lead, you will develop Google’s relationships with our most strategic partners in the Media, Entertainment, Sports, and Telco/Distributor industries by helping them optimize their use of our Google Ad Manager ad serving solutions. You will take responsibility for managing, promoting, and driving business for a book of business consisting of strategic TV and content companies and identifying business opportunities for partners.

You will be the key expert to the partner in providing and organizing strategic consulting initiatives to promote efficiency in partner advertising operations, and provide expertise in all things ad serving and programmatic. You will also be responsible for sales contribution, retention, and growth for existing partners, and will work with various individuals on the team to promote value-added services to partners in all areas of the business including subsidiaries and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own the business relationship for Google Ad Managers serving products with partners through enterprise business development work (e.g., managing agreements, mobilizing internal teams to address partner needs, etc.).

Analyze and optimize partner’s business performance and present findings to key stakeholders, influence partner strategy by highlighting key opportunities to optimize through product usage best practices as the ad product and industry expert.

Monitor industry trends, ecosystem innovations, and identify opportunities, and taking proactive actions.

Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager’s partners, products, and services through sharing partner and ecosystem feedback.

Work closely with internal partners, including technical support, analytics, and accounts to engage them to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drives business growth
