Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of work experience, including experience working in a partner development environment.
Experience influencing, building and leading global teams.
Experience influencing and managing stakeholders internally and externally, and building relationships at the executive decision-making level.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product management, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc.).
Demonstrated experience working with partners and developing relationships.
Solid product sensibility, with ability to discuss and drive key product innovations or opportunities with the developer community.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical concepts externally.

Google’s Global Partnerships organization builds sustainable partnerships that deliver economic value to key partners and Google while protecting our shared ecosystem and Google’s reputation. In this role, you will be a strategic business developer leading the monetization teams responsible for helping grow Google’s business by cultivating industry partnerships with the largest and most complex monetization partners in the U.S. This will require both execution on current strategies and having the leadership to rethink and re-evaluate how we deliver value to our partners.
You will work closely with product leadership to build and drive adoption across multiple ads products, and with some of Google’s most important partners to help them meet their business growth goals. You will be an Ad Tech industry expert, passionate about navigating the organization through the changing environment.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership on key strategic partner discussions in operationally complex environments
Lead and create diverse and inclusive teams, driving fair and equitable processes
Define partnership strategies and execute go-to-market plans as a primary point of contact for key partners in the US. Devise and articulate strategy and motivate leadership team to execute against that strategy at scale.
Track and interpret key partner metrics to determine the health of joint business plans and make impactful data-driven business decisions
Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ship and drive adoption across multiple products, creating a highly transparent and collaborative environment
