Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in video sales at a media company
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in project management and leading complex strategic and operational initiatives
Knowledge of and experience in video solutions and the market landscape (e.g., media platforms, etc.)
Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales team
Ability to communicate in clearly
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent business judgment
Excellent storyteller and able to develop and deliver goals

In this role, you will work to understand the Media and Entertainment (M&E) businesses and how decisions are made. You will help to build the video business and helping it evolve.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Partner with Industry Director and promoters to provide business growth and drive support through industry/business knowledge, product expertise, and go-to-market strategy.
Build an annual video strategy, gain agreement/alignment across stakeholders, and collaborate with the teams to execute.
Manage projects, video initiatives, and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment at scale.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders across business and product based on advertiser needs and business growth opportunities for the sector.
Represent product gaps and opportunities to Video Product Specialists and go-to-market to accelerate business opportunity to drive video growth.
