Minimum qualifications:
Experience with distributed systems and architecture, and systems integration.

5 years of experience coding in JavaScript/TypeScript and web application development experience with a front-end framework.
5 years of software engineering or development experience with recent coding experience in Java, Python, and/or R and proficiency with SQL.
3 years of experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with Go, Spanner, or SQL.
Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, and high-level of personal and professional integrity.
About the job
The Google Technical Services Product and Tools Operations team maintains the close relationships with the Engineering and Product partners necessary to develop and improve Google’s products and internal tools.
As a Web Solutions Engineer on the Tools Development and Automation team, you’ll be responsible for managing solutions that make our broader Global Professional Services organization more efficient. You’ll drive the development of tools, and will be involved in ideating required product features and designing/implementing quick and scalable solutions. You will work with Google’s infrastructure to handle big problems over large data sets.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack web software in Java and TypeScript, including back-end services, data models, and front-end components, for users within Google Technical Services and Sales organizations.
Collaborate with Product Engineers to enhance core platforms and create applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools.
Write and review technical documents, including design, development, revision documents and review code in compiled or scripted languages.
