In this role, you will manage an extended workforce team, control budgets, and costs, and will be responsible for aspects of the operational and strategic facilities management services.

Responsibilities
Provide a pivotal role in facility service operations throughout the sites including office builds and expansions, move coordination, capacity and space planning, and implementation of processes and procedures.
Collaborate with onsite vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure an efficient, productive integration for such things as day-to-day operations, office moves, information transfers, data analysis, program implementation, and merger and acquisitions activities.
Influence customers, the client, and other internal organizations.
Manage facilities operating budget as well as oversee property management services and vendor service agreements, including building maintenance and mechanical systems, janitorial service and supplies, and health and safety.
Drive consensus on service objectives, diverse employee perks programs, such as massage, fitness, and food service programs as well as safety, security, and transportation programs.
