Bachelor’s degree or workplace services and operations, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with an emphasis on workplace services, facility management, hospitality, corporate services, property management or workplace management experience.
Experience in the coordination of events or projects, within multi-use sites with operations, minimal supervision and heavy cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Industry-related certifications (BIFM, IFMA, P.E.)
Experience managing innovative workplace technologies such as View Glass, ice plant demand response systems, and solar arrays.
Experience managing an operations team with solid experience of (agile) Workplace Operations, Building systems and Employee services, including operating credibility within the Real Estate, Workplace and Hospitality sectors.
Well-versed in change management, with proven record of impacting strategic change and initiatives at scale and across complex businesses with high level of execution and quality.
Strong property management expertise.

Salary Range Info:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$236,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Oversee workplace service operations at the headquarters of our Global Business Organization, including new office builds and fast-paced expansions, strategic planning and agile workplace programs and processes.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to a facilities team that oversees building operations and facilities services of the site to implement and manage operational objectives and processes.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to enhance the employee experience, deliver integrated services and initiate proactive strategies with outsourced services vendors in the delivery of services.
Apply a service design and customer-driven approach to operations and service delivery, ensuring high quality user experiences by implementing and maintaining appropriate service and operational level standards.
Manage the front of house customer experience and back of house operations to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of facilities services.
