In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams to validate, project, and plan for headcount growth, re-organizations, and workplace changes within Google Businesses occupying portfolios. You will maintain close alignment with the Real Estate, Workplace Design and Delivery, and Facilities Operations teams to understand all constraints and opportunities and drive change where needed. You will focus on proactive planning, partnering with the business, other Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) pillars, and our vendor team to develop and maintain strategic occupancy plans.

Responsibilities
Serve as the key occupancy planning point of contact as a part of the facility service operations team and develop/lead the macro occupancy planning strategy in the region.
Build and maintain relationships with business representatives to understand needs and drivers, collaborating across REWS, and with the vendor partner occupancy planners to track and document program requirements.
Partner with the Strategic Portfolio Planning team to provide data and insights for long-term planning, and maintain working knowledge of macro level business demand and real estate supply.
Collaborate with REWS partners to develop analytical frameworks, processes and strategies for operations in the facilities organization.
Provide training and mentoring to Facility Managers and REWS Business Partners to support their critical coordination and interface role between the business and our vendor service providers.
