This professional assists with growth and helps ensure seniors get the care they need by building and managing a network of contracted agencies to provide qualified caregivers for SeniorBridge clients who need personal care assistance at home.
SeniorBridge is Humana’s wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We’re passionate about helping families and loved ones find solutions that make life better. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.
Responsibilities
The Network Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, contracting and onboarding Home Health agencies to fill staffing needs for SeniorBridge and Humana. Job duties include the following:
Source and identify new homecare agencies in the targeted markets.
Implement targeted outreach to agencies and share the value proposition for them to partner with Humana and SeniorBridge.
Provide regular communication to homecare agencies to build strong relationships.
Work closely with HR and IT departments to onboard new agencies and Home Health caregivers.
Coordinate internal resources, and manages deadlines.
Report activity and results to Care Management leadership on a regular basis.
The Network Development Rep makes decisions regarding the daily priorities for their work and they are the primary administrative owner of the agency contracting and onboarding process. This person must be comfortable with the software and technology used to manage multiple accounts and complete basic HR functions.
This is a Remote Work opportunity. Work hours: 8:30am – 5pm EST (with some flexibility)
Required Qualifications
At least one year of healthcare marketing, sales, or recruiting experience
Experience working with healthcare providers either directly or indirectly
Basic knowledge of provider credentialing and compliance concepts.
Familiarity with an onboarding process, preferably in healthcare
Ability to persuade using a consultative sales approach
Familiarity with healthcare record and reporting systems
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency with Microsoft office, and regular use of Excel.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Associate’s degree or higher
