The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a highly engaged, top- performing team of 15-25 Inside Sales Agents who sell the portfolio of products offered to prospects and members over the phone. Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing training, monitoring sales results and trends, and implementing tactical operations for projects and initiatives.

Strategic planner and thinker
Active Health Insurance license in the residing state (OR the willingness AND ability to obtain within 75 days of hire date)
2 years of leadership experience with direct reports
3 years of sales experience
2+ years call center experience
Strong emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be willing to work any shift on any day during business operation hours (5am-10pm est), including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs.
Experience in the healthcare industry
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
Work at Home/Remote Requirements Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10×1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
