On-Call hours include Mon-Fri from 5pm to 8:30am and Saturday, and Sunday from 8:30am to 8:30am.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for carrying out after hours paraprofessional scheduling and general administrative functions of the Branch office(s). Scheduling Coordinators responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities
Provide office phone call coverage after hours (remote).
Forward calls of a clinical nature to on-call professional staff
Respond to staff call-outs by coordinating replacement coverage
Conduct scheduling for multiple Branches as assigned
Ensures that schedules are complete and accurate in the computer.
Reviews Santrax records daily to ensure that all staff are at the clients as scheduled. Follows up immediately on any discrepancies.
Reviews all schedules daily in preparation of payroll, and billing approvals by Manager.
Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly.
Maintain on-call logs
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Homecare scheduling experience
Telephone customer service experience
A home office space where you can work uninterrupted
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build quick rapport and provide concierge level of customer service over the phone.
Ability to perform multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience providing customer-service in a warm and empathetic manner
Ability to work effectively in emotional scenarios
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years of Home Care Scheduling experience
Experience with ClearCare scheduling platform
Bilingual: English/Spanish
