Responsibilities
This Senior Culture and Engagement Professional role will develop strategy for and lead components of the TechStrat advocacy programs to provide a holistic way to tell the story of what the org does, connecting associates and their work with the various initiatives and strategies happening through the org, using their knowledge of technology and infrastructure as well as strategic and systems thinking. The advocacy work involves fostering relationships with senior leaders, becoming well-versed in all areas of TechStrat, and identifying behavior shifts and adoption needed and how to influence them. They will also help develop the strategy for and implement our customer experience strategy, which includes measuring impact, identifying our customer’s needs and funneling that into maturing our programs, and using data visualization to tell the story and share the information. This position willl make recommendations on changes or additions to existing programs to reflect changing needs of employees. Closely partner with the rest of the team to ensure all programs serve our mission and objectives and are delivered in a way to support each other, be sustainable, and deliver high value to the organization. This position will be active contributors to the culture and engagement team operations, including the creating content for the Connector News and assisting with organizational meetings.
Other responsibilities include:
Create and implement strategies and programs to support the engagement of TechStrat associates .
Use strategic and systems thinking to create roadmaps for maturing programs and products.
Implement change management methodologies to help shift behavior change and adoption of new behaviors.
Influence department’s strategy.
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Mature strategy and implement technology growth and strategy programming for programs, using strong understanding of what’s currently being done both at Humana and outside of Humana in the technology world, and connecting that with our strategic initiatives.
Supporting advocacy communications for the organization, including creating communications plans; writing, editing, and peer reviewing content; and organizing and facilitating medium to large virtual events.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated people leadership and collaboration experience
Superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present in large groups
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proven ability to improve existing processes
Ability to build relationships, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members
Proficiency in Office 365, including Teams, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms, including Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in the technology industry
Experience with Power apps, including Power BI and Automate
Background or familiarity with infrastructure and technology operations
Experience with virtual/online facilitation of events to medium to large groups of people
Experience using online platforms, such as Buzz and LinkedIn, to connect with people in both a social and work domain

Will report to Culture and Engagement Lead, IT TA – Portfolio and Project Management
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
