This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool( VSP).
Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work part to full time hours based on business need.
VSPs are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits, which are effective upon hire.
The hours for this role are generally aligned based on the associate and business task at hand.
What we need your help with:
Manage multiple mid-level to senior level positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Strategize with hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to attract and hire top talent to the organization.
Optimize recruiting tools & resources such as Workday, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM, to increase efficiency throughout the recruiting life cycle.
Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry and labor data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract talent needed.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
What you need for success! – Required Qualifications
3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably Workday ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
Previous healthcare , Nursing or Pharmacy recruiting experience

Work-At-Home Requirements:
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. Interview Format:

If you are selected for a first round interview, you will receive an email correspondence inviting you to participate in a Modern Hire interview. In this interview, you will receive a set of interview questions over your phone and you will provide recorded or text message responses to each question. You should anticipate this interview to take about 15 minutes. Your recorded interview will be reviewed, and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
