Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or 4+ years of product management experience (driving end to end product strategy)

Familiarity with Jira Align and Azure DevOps

Ability to understand and simplify technology direction

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills

Ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of strategy, opportunity and risks to diverse audiences

Passion for building inclusive experiences where people of all backgrounds see themselves represented in your work

Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with constant change

Computer science, software development, and/or engineering knowledge.

Experience application of software development methodologies and development processes, like agile and knowledge of scrum

Interprets customer needs to articulate the vision and develop product roadmaps to implement solutions and expedite value

Preferred

Masters Degree

3+ years of Healthcare industry experience

3+ years of Medicaid experiences

SAFe certification

Azure DevOps certification

Service Now experience

Understanding of APIs

Computer science, software development, and/or engineering knowledge in a healthcare environment
