The Stars Member Experience Team is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Professional to support member and provider Stars programs in an effort to improve our members Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) and Health Outcome Survey (HOS) scores through the implementation, execution and maintenance of key projects influencing member experience.
This role will focus on Data Visualizations, Data Organization, and Program Management. The individual will be responsible for owning end-to-end processes for core Stars programs and will provide expertise and insights to enhance and address issues that arise. This individual has an understanding of how Enterprise functions interrelate, and is able to work effectively with partners within marketing, analytics, contact centers, markets, provider engagement teams, and various other areas.
Oversee complete lifecycle of Stars Member Experience projects (idea through implementation and ongoing enhancements)
Problem solve critical program issues and work with business partners to resolve
Connect the organization to external thinking, innovation, trends, and best practices
Create collaborative working relationships alongside partner teams within and outside the Stars organization
Evaluate data and reporting to determine member/provider needs and identify potential improvement opportunities
Regularly present to Stars and Market leaders on program status’
Three (2-3) years of program or project management experience
Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and incorporate findings into current and new programs
Ability to track multiple projects and report our on project status
Microsoft Power BI and Sharepoint Build Experience
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10×1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Bachelors or Master’s Degree
Experience in Medicare Stars or other member/consumer experience programs
CAHPS/HOS Program Experience
Experience Managing Budget and Finance Programs
