Your Role and Responsibilities
Leverage your lean-agile experience and expertise to initiate and optimize delivery engagements for IBM’s US Federal customers. As an Agile Coach at IBM, you’ll help customers transform their programs, coach development teams and key stakeholders, and improve continuous delivery practices. You’ll also advise government leadership, IBM leadership, and IBM practitioners/teams on lean-agile principles, practices, and methodologies. Internally, you’ll help develop solution approaches, proposal collateral, and train US Federal practitioners.

IBM is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to participate in an agile transformation for a major government program. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs.
The coach will be responsible for identifying and launching teams/ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years agile experience (Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
• At least 4 years software development/information technology experience
• At least 2 years project/program management experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 1 year federal government experience
• At least 1 year bid & proposal experience

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
