Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is a Senior Delivery Manager responsible for leading and managing End to End Testing functions for the Clients. This Senior Manager will serve as a client contact for IBM functions supported by the End to End testing teams. The individual will work closely with the client leadership team to ensure the enhancing portfolio is delivered on time and with quality. This role is responsible for working across 20+ different programs for the client to ensure that their key strategic business objectives are met within.budget. This role is a people management position that will have direct reports from testing functions supported for the client. The position focuses on understanding the client requirements and validates their translation into software requirements through to implementation. Given below are some of the key responsibilities for this position.

• Provides leadership for the Service Delivery activities of End to End Test organization
• Financial targets for the portfolio include Revenue, GP and signings
• Is responsible for managing Customer Satisfaction activities for multiple clients
• Is responsible for managing contractual Metrics including penalty bearing SLAs
• Is responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Overseeing client commitments for Service Realization
• Serving as contact for client escalations tied to the service delivery processes

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
