Your Role and Responsibilities

At Randori, an IBM company, we help defenders continuously assess their real-world security. Our automated attack platform provides a red team experience designed to mirror today’s adversaries, not yesterday’s threats. We partner with security teams to help them understand the art of the possible by delivering an unrivaled attack experience, at scale.

As a Content Offering Manager in IBM, you will be responsible for the global content development of the Applications, Data & AI practice offerings.

Leveraging the Randori messaging you will lead building content from offering to building content that is easily consumable to enable effective communication and selling of the Randori offerings. You will work with several cross functional teams including product management, sales, and business development to drive adoption of the content. The work is expected to grow beyond content development into other Go-To-Market functions with time.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and organized and works seamlessly to manage a shifting workload. Candidates should excel at working in a fast-paced work environment with products going through rapid and continual changes. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and has the ability to grasp and translate offering capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions. The ideal candidate can design, create, revise and structure content, activities, and materials for an online and blended format.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop standard bill of materials for product launch and onboarding.

• Perform lifecycle management of developed content to ensure accuracy and relevancy of information.

• Work with Subject Matter experts to design and develop content that is accurate, relevant and uniform in messaging.

• Work against SEO specific goals to ensure continued progress in market relevancy.

• Optimize and maintain content existing across multiple platforms such as: YouTube and the website.

• Maintain a RFP database to ensure consistency in messaging as well as to influence the standard BOM.

• Drive content synergies between Randori and IBM for content uniformity.

• Manage a team of contracted content developers to develop desired content.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in content creation or technical writing

• Experience leading and developing content design and creation

• Proven understanding of SEO influence tactics

• Proven ability to lead and organize a team of individual contributors and contractors

• Demonstrated application of combining research, competitive assessments, product analytics, and other intelligence to make disciplined decisions based on analysis and expertise

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
