Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SAP Functional Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leadership to the members of the cutover team while working with the other technical managers and senior management
• Estimating Change requests for Change Control Board review & approval
• Working with program analyst and business management team on Integrated Master Schedule, developing and reviewing variance report, participating in compliance audits and other related activities and supporting other teams (fielding, implementation and sustainment).
• Lead the SAP implementation and post-production tasks, support functionality design, planning and implementation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 10 years of SAP experience
• Ability to earn a DoD Secret clearance
• Experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels
• Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• US Navy project experience
• DoD project experience
