IBM Hiring for ServiceNow Application Architect – HRSD at Research Triangle Park, NC

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Technical delivery of services related to ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on IT modules. Including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD and Discovery.

• Provides assistance in evaluating client business environment and recommend ServiceNow implementation based on specific need.
• Expert in estimating, implementing, managing and configuring ServiceNow tool in conjunction with other methods and tool in the eco-system.
• Able to lead ServiceNow implementation including effort estimation, planning, execution, perform architectural analysis, and lead estimation of infrastructure.
• Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
• Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
• Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
• Experience designing and configuring HRSD ServiceNow Module

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Certified Developer
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development/consultant role
• Proven track record of implementation success
• Experience leading ServiceNow workshops and testing

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• HRSD ServiceNow Certification
• Able to support solution development and advise on business processes/delivery of ServiceNow implementations. May include the use of:
  • SDLC/SCRUM
  • experience in Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services
  • knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN and SSL.

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
