Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be a member of a well-established level 2 support team whose main focus is to provide support to IBM employees regarding their mail accounts, work with onboarding teams across the world providing them support to create or re-create accounts for new or returning employees should it be needed. With our support being provided in every geography, good written and spoken English is required. You will need to be able to look into the background of issues to find out what may have caused the initial problem and resolve or properly escalate the problem to the next level team.
We have members in the US, Slovakia, India and are currently hiring in Mexico to expand our roster.
This role requires good communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a passionate, talented, and creative people with problem solving skills with the motivation to learn new skills. Additional skills or experience with Testing and process automation is a plus.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience in a support environment
Effective Communication, good written and spoken English.
Technical skills in Testing and process automation
End User Support experience
Familiarity with IBM Notes teamrooms and Notes databases, Basic understanding of w3id and its use within IBM and Slack
Access/Identity management experience
Ability to multitask handling a number of open tickets at a given time
Basic understanding of Agile practices
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous experience in a support environment
Windows experience professionally and/or personally
Experience with Agile methodology applied in a customer service environment
Understanding of IBMs Identity Provisioning process and HR onboardin process
