Partner Experience Lead, NORAM Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the most sensitive partner issues through to resolution, liaising with internal partner managers and external partners
Create, implement and own the partner escalation process across Media & Community Partnerships
Develop training documentation in hand with cross functional teams and deliver enablement sessions to internal stakeholders and external partners around support channels
Work with cross functional teams to identify operational trends and seek to develop and execute solutions
Coordinate operational support strategy around key products, with a focus on Commerce
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in escalation and issue management
Experience working cross-functionally with various levels of management, both internally and externally
Process development and implementation experience
Broad understanding of media landscape in NORAM region
