As a member of the Global Supply Chain organization, you will be a full business partner vested in making the GSC Vision and Mission a reality. Through business partnering and innovation, you will help drive sound business analysis and decisions while maintaining Intel’s high standards of professionalism and integrity.
As the Supply Line Management/Analyst, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health/optimization; streamlined / reliable services and logistics; and supplier delivery performance.
Coordinates purchasing activities such as generating / managing/ reconciling forecasts and schedules.
Monitors the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories, and dispositions materials for end-of-life factories.
Proactive management of commodities by creating predictive analysis techniques and providing business insights through data analytics.
Analyzes supply vs. demand to make purchasing decisions.
Negotiates with suppliers on material/tool delivery, prioritization, and expedites. Managing the internal stakeholder needs with the supplier capabilities.
Drives and participates in the development of system/process improvements and supply chain solutions across organizational teams. Owns the quality of the business processes and continuous improvement.
Owns reconciling and managing the payments including any warranty, remedies, and credits.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Transportation, or related field of study with 1+ year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct Supply Chain experience.
