As part of FCE’s Digital Transformation initiative, the organization is transitioning to cloud-based systems and technologies which require a completely different set of skills for a wide array of datasets to enable end-to-end analytics for delivering fab construction cost, schedule, and predictability improvements. The Digital Transformation Team (DigiT) is looking for an outstanding Technical Support Project Manager for our Ohio Site who will be responsible for handling technical customer support and working with developers to resolve critical issues for customers in a timely manner.

This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and relocation assistance will be provided. This position is on site at our New Albany, Ohio location.

As a Technical Support Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide customer service to all customers, partners, and internal stakeholders when interfacing with them.
• Utilize customer support skills to maintain a positive working relationship between customers/partners in the Ohio Site and the DigiT team.
• Demonstrate customer support skills buy addressing issues promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide first line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer questions and inquiries across entire suite of DigiT product and services.
• Perform problem determination / problem source identification to understand the root cause of a customer’s issue.
• Collaborate and negotiate as appropriate to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution.
• Instruct and inform customers on DigiT roadmap, products and services.
• Conduct independent research in order to find solutions to customer problems.
• Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high client satisfaction.
• Document issues, look for trends and follow up on customer request.
• Work with the DigiT team to resolve customer issues.
• Become knowledgeable about DigiT products and services to better support customers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must have 4 years of experience in Customer Support or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, desire to solve problems and make things work.
• Experience with:
  • Database concepts, web-based technologies, and operating systems.
  • Programming or IT/Sys Admin.
  • Construction, tool install, or design engineering fields.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
