Job Description
Component Design Engineers are responsible for Custom techfile and flow development work includes OA techfile development and developing flows for PDK custom kits using Intel process. Work also includes development QA of developed techfiles, flows and methodologies by creating required testcases and automations. Writing good document on developed techfiles/flows/methodologies and ensure accurate issue reporting and tracking. Support customers/stakeholders on issues raised, by meeting release timeline.

Qualifications
M.Tech with 0-1+ Years relevant experience in custom layout design methodology. Must have worked on virtuoso and/or custom compiler platform. Experience on oa techfile/pcell/pycell development and understanding of cdf parameters and callbacks. Candidate should be proficient in automation using Cadence SKILL/tcl/perl and other scripting languages. Candidate should be flexible to work on different aspects of PDK deliverables. Good in written and verbal communication skills.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
