Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our highly strategic partner, Ericsson.
The role includes, but is not limited to, driving the accurate short/medium term supply picture, owning the quarterly revenue reporting, future POR and PLAN input, managing critical sample events, and taking responsibility to ensure operational excellence with the account. You would be expected to build a strong, trusting relationship with the sales account team, WW Business Management G partners, the relevant business units, and the key customer contacts.
In this role you will be expected to build strong business acumen across respective customers’ business and Business Units’ strategies and roadmaps. To be successful in this role, you will need to build strong business partnerships to become an integral part of the account team, while maintaining independence and critical judgment. This role is highly visible and critical to success of our 5G growth plans, with Ericsson being a market leader in telecommunication equipment
You will have direct customer facing responsibilities, so an ability to understand the customer agenda / viewpoint and effectively manage them will be critical. You will also be expected to report to senior management on latest accounts’ challenges, driving key asks and calls to action.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
� Building, managing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to:
Intel’s Ericsson account team
Customer purchasing and marketing teams
Worldwide Product supply teams
Internal teams in other departments and countries
� Driving key collaboration discussions with Ericsson regarding their demand forecast and go-to-market strategies
� Investigating and understanding key data indicators to be used in conjunction with collaboration discussions in order to generate an accurate demand forecast which will be used by factories, and other teams’ groups across Intel
� Liaising with multiple groups, both internally (such as marketing, logistics, product supply, BU and finance) and externally (the customer and freight carriers) which makes the role very dynamic and interactive
� Understanding customer sales strategies, market conditions, and competition trends to help drive accurate demand and revenue signals
� Understanding customer needs and Intel’s operations and/or strategies to influence supply decisions
� Dealing with conflicting information and managing a high-pressured environment
� Managing customer supply line to ensure they get the right products at the right time
� Escalating and crisply communicating customer issues with clear recommendations on actions needed
� Communicating and representing customer strategies internally to senior managers
� Using data to drive problem resolution
� Building trust and respect with co-worker’s, managers and worldwide counterparts (buyers, peers, and direct managers)
� Improving productivity and process by developing, using and sharing best known methods to help others complete assignments
� Presenting ideas and/or opinions in a direct manner
EMEA BMG has adopted a hybrid work model, in this role there will be a requirement to regularly be on-site in Swindon office.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in business operations, marketing, finance and/or sales organizations
Experience within NEX or DCAI would be an advantage

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
