Job Description
Creates, defines and develops system validation environment and test suites. Uses and applies emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams in improving postsilicon test.
Integrates, validates, and debugs software across the stack for a specific product, platform, feature, or technology. Designs and develops a software validation environment, the integration, and the enabling of the software stack. Responsible for the creation of validation plans, automation, associated methodologies, and triage and debugging of failures. Writes validation standards and procedures, analyzes the results to ensure correct functionality, triages failures, and recommends or develops corrective action. Assesses the state of the art and employs new methods to improve quality, automation, and product release efficiency.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and work experience.
Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the following:
Handson experience in:
Software Test Plan and Test case creation.
Memory Validation
Yacto Build
PCIe based applications
DPDK
Python and Shell Scripting
KVM
Dockers and Container
Hypervisor
Good to have knowledge of FPGA and Board based Debug.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
