As a Graduate Customer Quality Engineer you will be part of the EMEA Customer Quality and Reliability team and be responsible for supporting the quality services provided to Intel’s telecom equipment provider Customers and our internal partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the transformation of the telecoms industry. Helping to solve our customers technical quality issues and driving Intel product health improvement. As a Failure Analysis / Customer Quality Reliability Engineer you will be part of the EMEA Customer Quality and Reliability team and be responsible for providing technical support to telecom equipment provider Customers.
Your technical skills will be required to support customers by providing debug, fault isolation and failure analysis at platform and component level to solve our customers technical quality issues and driving Intel product health improvement. This may include travel to provide onsite customer support.
You will collaborate with partner teams at Intel to analyse product health data and continuous product improvement. You will have some ownership for developing debug capability on an ongoing basis. You will be using both digital and analog test equipment to do board level and component level failure analysis and debug. You will be driving continuous improvement of the failure analysis process and look to proliferating learning across the debug lab network.
