About the recruitment process

About the internship
Our internships are usually 12-24 months long and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain student during the length of our internship. Candidates must be based in Poland upon the start date of this internship and for its duration.
In our European Learning team you will have possibility to:
assist in supporting delivery of our world class learning solutions for Leaders and Employees, virtually and in- person,
own onsite deployment and producing of new and existing learning solutions, ensuring that the optimal learner experience is delivered,
forecast, schedule classes, be point of contact for facilitatoris, produce virtual sessions on platforms like Zoom or MS Teams, content related support.

Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates with:
enrollment to sociology, psychology, communications, marketing, etc. studies,
ability to work 30-35 h per week,
organization and planning skills,
customers and service orientation with focus and attention to details,
familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc.),
ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English (at least B2).
It would be advantage if you had interest/knowledge and would like to develop your skills in:
interpersonal and networking skills,
learning & development or HR.
