Job Description
This Legal Intern will have the following responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Intel’s team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers;
– Work with business teams to find solutions to their legal and business requirements;
– Review marketing assets (decks, video clips, interview transcripts, performance claims, etc.)
– Research legal issues and regulatory developments, and prepare summaries;
– Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on legal issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– The candidate must be pursuing a Law degree in PRC;
– The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
– The candidate must have experience in conducting legal research.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior legal documents (contracts, legal memoranda, etc.) drafting experience.
– Prior legal experience at a law firm, a company’s legal department, a legal clinic/legal aid association, a court, or a prosecution office, etc.
– Basic knowledge of intellectual property rights, consumer protection regulations, and/or advertising laws.
– Interest in the semiconductor industry.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
