This Product QA Engineer position is the Product Lifecycle Quality Champion for Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) products: FPGAs, Structured ASICs. Primary responsibilities include ensuring Product Life Cycle (PLC) compliance, effective completion of all PSG specific quality release milestone requirements, and driving improvements by partnering with engineering teams and key stakeholders inIntel PSG and Intel Corporate Quality.This position is preferably based in Penang, Malaysia.
Other roles and deliverables include:
� Execute Quality System processes and activities required for product quality release milestone requirements, and performance metrics development and reporting on key quality system processes
� Define, support and drive analysis and resolution of new product rollout exceptions using corporate processes, tools, and systems, as well as partner with development teams on new process/tool/system improvements and fixes
� Verify and ensure completion of the Intel Security Development Lifecycle controls owned and defined by Corporate Quality Network, across all PSG products in development
�Drive and contribute to PSG Quality Management System (QMS) Improvement and Certification projects, including CAR implementation and validation, documentation management, and internal audits
� Develop and manage Quality Performance metrics, with regular dashboard reports

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience
Minimum Qualifications:
� Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: electrical/electronics, computer, hardware/systems, quality engineering or similar.
� Minimum 4 years of industry experience and knowledge in semiconductor electronics and/or computers or similar, preferably FPGA/ASIC/CPU/DSP products
� Minimum 4 years of industry experience in quality assurance, quality/reliability engineering, customer quality engineering, applications engineering, or design engineering for ICs with focus on quality assurance.
� 1+ Years of experience on program/project management capability and experience, as a project/program lead or in cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
� 7+ Years of experience on industry knowledge in semiconductor electronics and/or computers or similar, preferably FPGA/ASIC/CPU/DSP products – with focus on New Product R&D and/or Validation
� Proficient in FMEA, 8D or equivalent critical issue resolution method
� Proficient in data collection, verification and closed-loop, actionable analysis
