Job Description
Intel’s Programmable Solutions Group is looking for an intern to support our Global Intern Program. You will administer business-related tasks for the team such as scheduling meetings, meet-ups/events, follow-up tasks, and other organizational activities. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and SharePoint be extremely fast at solving problems. We are looking for an active problem solver.
Responsibilities might include but not limited to:

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Maintain contact lists

Develop and maintain a SharePoint site

Produce correspondence memos, newsletters, and forms
-
Submit and reconcile expense reports
-
Handle multiple projects
-
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

Resolve administrative problems
-
Create PowerPoints
-
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and it will be compensated accordingly.
This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. Intel sponsors individuals for employment-based visas for positions where we experience a shortage of US Workers. These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master’s or PhD degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with three years’ related job experience. This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a Bachelor’s degree and less than three years’ experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a similar field of study.
3+ months of experience in any of the following areas:

Scheduling and calendaring on Microsoft Teams

Creating SharePoint Sites
-
Organizing events
-
MS Office 365 applications

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
