Primary Responsibilities:
Apply your skills to be a key contributor in the running of Intel Ireland’s signature volunteer and charity programs, namely:
·Intel’s Matching Grants program awards cash grants to schools, charities, and non-profit organisations where Intel employees volunteer their time. The grants are accrued based on the number of hours that are volunteered by Intel employees at organisations, which are registered as part of the program. In 2018, just over 1 million was donated to charities, schools, sports clubs, social initiatives, and community schemes across Ireland.
·Intel Involved and Skills-Based Volunteering: Every year a large percentage of our employees across Ireland volunteer their time in the communities where they live and work. In the last 5 years employees have volunteered more than 266,000 hours supporting a variety of community-based initiatives and projects.
·Signature Charities: Each year, Intel Ireland selects two signature charities, giving employees the opportunity to dedicate their efforts towards providing volunteer time and funds, raised through specially organised activities, to those chosen organisations.
·Support: Support signature reputation projects such as Matching Grant Event, Solar for Schools, Pride of Place and Mini Scientist. Skills and experience you can expect to gain: Learn a broad range of business skills (e.g. team collaboration, communications and event planning, budgeting, project management, community and employee engagement, etc) working in a challenging, fast-paced, fun environment.

Skills and Experience required: Attention to detail, data analysis, and project management experience. Effective time management skills and the ability to work across organisational boundaries. Currently undertaking a relevant university degree or qualification in business, communications or a related area.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
