Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) demand planning group is a global team that plans for all Intel Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). The team have a deep understanding of the FPGA market and its dynamics. They closely monitor industry trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies to accurately forecast demand for FPGAs. This knowledge allows them to align their supply chain and production capabilities with the market requirements. The group employs advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to predict FPGA demand. They utilize historical sales data, market research, customer inputs, and other relevant data sources to build sophisticated demand models. These models help Intel identify demand patterns, seasonality, and potential future demand drivers accurately.

The Sales and Operations Program Strategic Lead is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited:
Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.
May also conducts scenario (what if) planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary.
Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.
Drives continuous process/project improvements
Assist with design, implementation, and testing of the new PSG SOP process flow.
Work closely with SOA team to ensure supply resilience customer demand is accurately reflected in the demand 360 and FNE through 18 to 24month horizon.
Work closely with division planning on the supply resilience demand to run what if demand scenarios and then resolve any supply gaps.
Work with COS and division planning to ensure RTF signal is accurate and being shared with appropriate customer.
Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders. Lead the monthly SOP demand/supply report out forum highlighting supply allocation decisions that need to be made.
Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends at the key supply resilience accounts.
Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and SOP processes.
Measure, control, and improve SOP plan accuracy through clearly defined KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/Economics/Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Administration or related areas.
4+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain planning, financial planning, or program management.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Data analytics tool capability
MBA or Masters

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $101,920.00-$152,680.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
