1) Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.10+ years of IT work experience implementing software solutions. Proven experience in Enterprise software configurations with at least 2+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementations and interfacing SAP IBP with Native HANA, experience in Supply planning functional area will be an added advantage.
2) Strong User Story and User Acceptance Test development skills. Knowledge of the best practices and design trends for responsive design.
3) Experience building sustainable solutions. Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies.
4) Help technology team to identify and consider all alternate solutions and help them in implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, reliability and scalability requirements.
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile software development methods and tools. Experience using industry-standard test and defect management systems like Jira.
Good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Supply chain domain.
