Job DescriptionIntel is on a multi-year supply chain transformational journey to unlock new supply planning capabilities. The Supply Chain IT is chartered with delivering and maintaining Raw material planning capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and cutting-edge off-the-shelf solutions. The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise, process transformation experience, and most importantly influencing and negotiating skills to drive and deliver business process transformation. In this role, you would be responsible for designing information systems that are appropriate for users’ needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization’s information systems architecture, delivery of new capabilities and enhancements, and support run operations of one or more applications owned by the scenario planning team. In addition, this role will also collect and analyze information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Prepare flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with the business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. 1) Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.10+ years of IT work experience implementing software solutions. Proven experience in Enterprise software configurations with at least 2+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementations and interfacing SAP IBP with Native HANA, experience in Supply planning functional area will be an added advantage.

2) Strong User Story and User Acceptance Test development skills. Knowledge of the best practices and design trends for responsive design.

3) Experience building sustainable solutions. Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies.

4) Help technology team to identify and consider all alternate solutions and help them in implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, reliability and scalability requirements.

5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile software development methods and tools. Experience using industry-standard test and defect management systems like Jira.
Good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Supply chain domain.
