Job Description

You will be leading a small technical team as a project owner and involved in the full system test development, enabling, validation and regression for Intel PSG’s flagship FPGA products as well as subsequent derivative products.

In this position, you will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Develop new FPGA device validation strategies, plans and schedules by integrating different requirements from various engineering and business departments.
  • Govern and oversee the design and test content deliverable schedule and quality from stakeholders.
  • Schedule planning for the milestone deliverables and uphold product quality to make sure committed all test content is executed and passes.
  • Innovate and develop FPGA designs using Quartus tools to integrate designs for the test development.
  • Develop test for validation using python/Tcl/C/C++.
  • Drive exploration of IP validation methodology, platform and infrastructure enablement to improve process and throughput time.
  • Drive debug task force when there if issues arise during project execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
  • Good knowledge in FPGA architecture and design flow required.
  • Experience in FPGA development tools such as Quartus.
  • Experience with lab equipment, bench/platforms, setting up host controllers and tools.
  • Soft skill: Project management, leading cross functional debug task forces, exec presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional knowledge on the interface protocol such as PCIe, Ethernet, Memory is an added advantage.
  • Experience in developing test in programming languages such as python, Tcl, C/C++ is an added advantage.

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
