Job Description

As an SATG Technical Business Analyst you will help us transform our digital footprint and develop our internal business processes/customer segmentation and tools to enable software and service business models; with quote to cash/revenue capabilities, pricing, licensing and entitlement processes, reporting, customer enablement, product master setup and more.

This role may span multiple types of Customer Journey’s in markets ranging from client, data center, artificial intelligence, retail, automotive, industrial, medical, and emerging edge opportunities to name a few. If you have business analyst experience and a track record of delivering software and services business models and/or tools.

This role will initially focus on the digital transformation and development of enterprise business requirements, and processes to scale software and service revenue to 1B USD by 2025.
Enabling business models, (ex. subscription, as a service (AAS) models, and non-recurring services) that establish the foundation for automating software and service revenue streams. This role may vary from influencing new business models, to overseeing, identifying, and improving existing corporate processes and tools.

Candidate will need to be a self-starter with strong analytical and critical skills to develop an in-depth knowledge of Intel software and services business strategy and an understanding of corporate and other divisional group capability roadmaps.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • You will be the driving force for establishing and scaling the infrastructure and processes to grow Intel’s revenue software, services, and beyond silicon business activities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and document both high level and detailed business requirements and business process flows
  • You will work with external vendors and consultants, as well as collaborate and influence internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Must have user acceptance testing experience in both writing test cases, job aids and process documentation for successful user adoption

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, engineering, finance or supply chain.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, IT, software and/or service roles with preference to monetizing software and services

Preferred qualifications:
A track record demonstrating the ability to successful lead a global/virtual team.
3+ years of experience in user acceptance testing.
3+ years of experience with IT, Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, Revenue systems, acquisition integration and/or business management.
3+ years software and service revenue models and their enablement in Order to Cash business process and systems (SAP ECC or equivalent OTC ERP, Thales or equivalent Entitlement Management Systems, Salesforce or equivalent CRM/CPQ database management experience) and Cloud based recurring billing systems (SAP BRIM/Aria/Zuora).

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
