The TMG Strategic Planning organization incorporates factory strategic planning to define what our factories and their associated equipment needs are to achieve our long term manufacturing objectives. As a part of the TMGSP Organization, the role involves developing factory Capacity, Capital and Layout plans from conceptual stage through final tool installation on site.
In this position, you will be responsible for forecasting equipment, planning plant, production facilities, equipment layouts, and determining the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and establishing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
The candidate will serve as a critical link between the Strategic Planning Organization, Construction, Equipment Install, Production and Process Engineering. You will be a key point of contact in ensuring that the factories are set up with the equipment they need precisely when and where it is needed to maximize Intel’s return on investment.
The candidate will also be expected to develop, follow, and improve business standards within the organization and drive standardization across multiple sites in various geographies. Meetings with partners located in Arizona, Israel, New Mexico, and Oregon will be necessary and at times will be outside of the standard work hours, also travel abroad on occasion.
