The Job You Will Perform:
The Roll/Rotating Equipment Champion reports to the Mill Reliability Leader (MRL) and works in collaboration with the appropriate Business Unit and Area Process Managers. The Roll Champion is the Mill paper machine roll subject matter expert. This position is responsible to manage the complete maintenance life cycle for the paper machine rolls to continually improve roll life, reduce rebuild cost and downtime caused by roll failures. The Rotating Equipment Champion works with all areas of the Mill and the equipment rebuild process is managed in conjunction with the Mill AMM’s and Purchasing Manager. The Rotating Equipment Champion is responsible to understand failure mode, approve rebuild scope, ensures quality of repair and revise maintenance strategy to improve equipment life.

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5-10 years’ related work experience
