For all positions like Junior Marketing Advertising Specialist, we offer a paid 6-month internship contract ($85.000 per year) with the intention of permanent employment.
You’ll have the opportunity to receive daily training through on-the-job training, work either at one of our offices or fully remote for as long as you wish and be provided with a state-of-the-art MacBook.
Responsibilities:
Within the team, you may be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:
Market Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to the target market, including trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Development of Advertising Strategies: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop advertising strategies aimed at achieving specific goals, such as increasing brand awareness or generating qualified leads.
Creation of Advertising Content: Devising and creating engaging and persuasive advertising content tailored to different distribution channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, & LinkedIn Ads.
Management of Advertising Campaigns: Planning, implementing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance based on collected data and predefined success metrics.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitoring the performance of advertising campaigns using analytical tools and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.

Contract and Compensation:
For this position, we offer a 6-month paid internship contract of $85.000 per year, with the goal of permanent employment or apprenticeship.
Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, and your compensation will increase rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a greater impact for the company.
The expected start date for this internship is: September 2024.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a graduate, even without experience, in in economics, humanities, psychology, HR (Human Resources), political science, law, communication, or related fields. Selection Process:
CV Screening: The first step involves a review of the curriculum vitae (usually within 20 days of application).
Phone Interview: The second step includes a call with our HR Manager, lasting about 15 minutes.
Video Interview: The final step is a video call with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, with at least 45 minutes allocated for the interview.
