Job Description:
This is an incredible opportunity. As the Director, Leadership and Development (L&D) for Global Technology you will be part of unprecedented innovation and transformation. With a long-standing commitment and investment in Learning and Development (L&D) and our Hamburger University brand combined, paired with critical transformation occurring on the Global Tech team, this role will help is a key builder of McDonald’s digital future.
The Director will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the talent development strategy and global learning programs for the Technology function worldwide. In this highly visible and critical role, you will ensure the programs meet rigorous expectations and are aligned to the strategic priorities of the function and the business.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Learning Strategy and Functional Development while closely partnering with the Global Technology leadership team, including the Chief Technology Officer. This role will have 1 direct report.
