The Maintenance/Custodial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed. Most of our maintenance is done early in the day, so that means working shifts such as 4am – 11am, 5am – 1pm.
The Maintenance/Custodian responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining outside grounds year-round
- Clean equipment and preform preventative maintenance
- Wash inside and outside windows, maintain backroom cleanliness
- Detail the restrooms daily
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units on the roof
- Other tasks may include painting etc.
