We are looking for a proven, Consumer Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a strong consumer-focused business leader with a general manager mindset, able to transition between coordination and project management to influencing product leaders through strategic thought leadership.
In this role, you will be deeply embedded with the product team but represent the perspective of marketing and point of view of the consumer throughout the product lifecycle – from product development and go-to-market to ongoing engagement. You’ll be responsible for leading a cross-functional team that identifies insights to influence product strategy and a coordinated GTM effort that drives awareness, adoption and engagement of Messenger and sometimes cross-app (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) products. You will work closely with product and broader marketing communications teams and internal partners to shape the Go-to-Market strategy including developing launch narratives, positioning, messaging and outbound communication, as well as quarterback the execution. Excellent analytical, communication, project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, ability to operate independently, and comfort with ambiguity are a must.
