We translate this into actionable recommendations for long-term product roadmaps and partnerships, and work with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and other cross-functional leaders to maximize impact for Meta.The Health Technology team is seeking an experienced leader in hearing to lead strategy development for novel hearing feature price subsidization and payer engagement. This role will drive consumer and healthcare product strategy for hearing features on Meta wearable devices. The right candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams to align on the market, product strategy, insurance, and related investments.

Required Skills:

Hearing Payer Strategy Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Master the hearing health market in the U.S. and globally and closely monitor consumer, industry, and hearing trends

  2. Identify new hearing product and commercial opportunities, minding dependencies on regulatory, marketing, privacy, product, and engineering

  3. Lead cross-functional partners (i.e., product, engineering, marketing, legal, data science) to surface opportunities, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable product recommendations and resourcing requirements

  4. Effectively present and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executives, product and business leaders, and cross-functional partners, in order to influence product roadmap decision

  5. Build a deep understanding of the existing business and intersection points within the hearing care market across technology, commercialization, channel dynamics, and payer subsidies

  6. Inform healthcare market approach to hearing devices and ways of deploying novel technologies to improve health outcomes and economics for patients, employers and payers

  7. Lead the development of evidence to shape perspective on novel hearing health products in partnership with clinical research scientists

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of US healthcare experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, business operations, banking, or product management in the U.S. and globally

  2. Expert-level understanding of the U.S. hearing and payer markets

  3. Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen

  4. Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Masters’ degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline (e.g. MBA)

  2. 3+ years of project leadership experience at top tier management consulting firms

  3. Director+ roles at major hearing industry and/or health insurance players

  4. Experience working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

Public Compensation:

$165,000/year to $232,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
