We are a team of world-class experts developing and shipping products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. We are seeking an experienced Lab Manager. In this role, you will take a critical role in supporting AR product development. You will be part of the AR Lab Infra team, and responsible for project managing of prototype device deployments, lab inventory, placing POs and EE testing support. The individual filling this position is expected to work independently to support multiple projects and engineering teams, meanwhile with a good EE background to understand various EE lab equipment and support some routine testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in lab setup, management and maintenance

Experience prioritizing and accommodating lab/equipment needs from various engineering teams

Experience with lab PO process: from quotation, purchase, payment to delivery

Understanding of electronics components, schematics, PCB layouts, product assembly

Hands-on experience on consumer hardware teardown, solder and rework

Experience running basic test automation and data acquisition scripts

5+ years of experience in lab management roles

Hands-on experience with consumer hardware bringup and validation process

Scripting skills with one or more languages for equipment automation and data processing

Experience with acoustic chamber, RF shield room, camera or display optical lab setups

Familiar with high speed and low power test setups
Public Compensation:
$111,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
