CFCI Strategy Supply Chain & Procurement Program Manager Responsibilities:
Build supply chain resiliency by forecasting demand for Contractor Furnished Contractor Installed (CFCI) commodities and working with our Preferred Trade Partners (PTPs) to create strategies that de-risk supply chain market signals.
Partner with Sourcing Operations Engineering (SOE) cross functional partners to leverage CFCI and OFCI demand volumes, strategies, and process.
Spearhead early engagement with data center engineering, construction execution teams and external supplier partners.
Develop criteria for and execute requests for qualifications (RFQ) and an owner due diligence program for critical CFCI suppliers and manufacturers.
Develop criteria for and execute a request for proposal (RFP) program for suppliers and manufacturers which diversifies the global supply chain network and informs a broader business allocation model matrix.
Negotiate preferred pricing agreements with qualified CFCI suppliers.
Lead internal teams in the development of project charters that clearly define the problem statement, goals & objectives, scope, and impacted stakeholders.
Actively interface with stakeholders, including: capacity planning teams, preconstruction managers, contract managers, General Contractors, and design/construction managers to produce required deliverables.
Lead regular status updates meetings to share current program status with respective stakeholders.
Maintaining a solid service approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business administration, construction management, or an equivalent technical degree.
10+ years progressive responsibility in supply chain & procurement management, project/process/program management, go-to-market strategy or other relevant experience.
Experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary development projects, hyper-scale data centers, live mission critical facilities or similar technical construction projects.
Experience in supplier proposal negotiation, leveraging bid analysis and scorecards.
Experience managing supplier relationships with knowledge of industry best practices, including: new product development, supply chain buffering, just-in-time delivery, demand signaling, and procurement expediting.
Experience establishing team goals and meeting project objectives and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with a demonstrated capacity to learn and/or develop new (proprietary or licensed) systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
